On lastweek’s RealTime with Bill Maher, P.J. O’Rourke said that “wealth is not a pie. It’s not a zero/sum game.” Bill disagreed and said wealth is limited, it is a pie.
So I ask, who’s right?
Is it like asking, “Do my riches make someone else poor?”
