After reading the reviews on vintage Jesus, you’d obviously quote other text than what I got from either the positive or negative reviews. Care to elaborate?

Some people like the author of Vintage Jesus, some don’t.
i will say, yes, his writing for this book has a lot of jokes and sarcastic remarks, so if the reader doesn’t like the jokes or get them, then it might be a hard book to read or connect with.
The reason I like the book is the that focuses on how important and central Jesus is to Christianity. And how we need to be careful when we are studying our Bible not make Jesus in our image, but to let the Bible tell us what we are to know about who Jesus is and why he came to Earth.
People who concentrate on theology and religion will gravitate to Paul’s writings I suppose and argue the fine points. The thing about Christianity is the word itself points to the Messiah. People unfamiliar with Christianity will miss that for sure.
Hey Kev,
What do you relate to in “Atlas Shrugged”? What makes that such an influential book for you?

part of the book is about the main character fighting against people who say “you can’t do that” or “we don’t do it that way,” and she challenges the status quo by doing things that others would not dare try.
that is part of it…
