Aluminum Company to accelerate the development of Hercynian aluminum industry
Fujian Provincial People’s Government and Aluminum Corporation of China held talks in Beijing, the two sides agreed to support cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan industry, docking, and actively play a leading role in the aluminum traction.
The two countries signed the Western Shore Economic Zone to accelerate a new round of development of aluminum industry, a summary of talks. Fujian Vice Governor Li Chuan and the Aluminum Corporation of China CEO Luo Jian-chuan, representing two sides signed the “Minutes of Talks.”
The two sides reached a consensus in the six areas. The two sides agreed in Fujian Province will be aluminum Aluminum Sweden’s most important aluminum base, to give priority to support the development; speed high-precision aluminum sheet with the project construction progress towards full production in 2010 to achieve hot-rolled processing capacity of 35 — 400,000 tons, cold-rolling and finishing processing capacity 25 million tons; in the “Shier Wu” period, the increase in aluminum Swiss Min-product structure adjustment, optimization and upgrading, give full play to high-precision aluminum sheet with a project “1 +3″ Hot Rolling Mill production capacity, so that the overall production capacity of aluminum-Rui Min reach 45-50 million tons and sales revenue towards 100 billion yuan; a well-Fujian aluminum industrial chain, and give full play the leading role of aluminum, for aluminum are better able to play Rui Min effective projects and export-oriented projects, the aluminum to give priority to settle down in Fujian Province; support docking cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan industries, and actively play a leading role in the aluminum such as traction.
The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation in more areas, including non-ferrous metal resources exploration, development and trade to further expand cooperation in space for local economic construction and make a bigger contribution.
